Please note that for residential/commercial property sales needing title insurance, a fully executed Agreement of Sale (AOS) must be provided before a title insurance order can be confirmed and processing can begin. A Title Representative will review your submission and confirm acceptance via email. The email will also allow you to upload or provide the Agreement of sale, addenda, etc. as well.
