After form submission you will receive an email prompting you to complete next steps in order to start title conveyancing needed to clear title for closing on the seller/home-owner side of  the real estate transaction.

Please note, for residential/commercial property sales, a fully executed Agreement of Sale (AOS) must be provided before a title order can be confirmed and processing can begin. A Title Representative will review your submission and confirm acceptance via email. ​
